Efficient Frontier Names Thomas Shin Vice President of Sales for the Western Region

Former Digg and Yahoo! Executive Brings Extensive Performance Marketing Experience to the Post

Sunnyvale, Calif. – December 7, 2009 - Efficient Frontier, a leader in performance marketing, today announced that Thomas Shin has been named Vice President of Sales, Western Region. Shin will be responsible for leading the company’s West Coast sales team in its client acquisition efforts as well as driving revenue across existing clients in the region.

Shin joins the company from Digg where he served as Head of Sales and Sales Operations and he helped set the course to double revenue for the company. Prior to Digg, Shin spent more than 7 years at Yahoo!, most recently as Executive Director of Sales for the Northwest region. Prior to his sales role, he designed display advertising products and strategy for Yahoo! Mail, Messenger and MyYahoo!. Before Yahoo!, he worked for both the client and agency sides, marketing both on and offline products. He also served as a search product manager for Ask.com.
